Ensures executions are evenly spaced over time

## Properties

### leading?

optional leading: boolean;
```

Execute immediately on the first call. Defaults to true unless trailing is explicitly true.

Execute on the last call after wait period. Defaults to true. Disabled trailing rejects skipped optimistic calls.
